Philips Others Present: Bettie Sonnenberg The meeting was called to order at 11:35 a.m. by the Chairman, B.L. Perkins. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 • Gentlemen: I am the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance. Address: W. 6th Street & Mulberry Avenue Legal Description: Lots 1,2,3,4 & 5 TR 19, Blk 8 Lots 1,2,3,4 & 5 TR 20. Blk 8 Seminole Park PB 2 PG 75 Seminole County, Florida Zoning Classification: MR -1, Multiple - Family Residential Dwelling Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25 ft. Rear Yard: 20 ft. Variance Needed: Front Yard: 10 ft. Rear Yard: 10 ft. The planned use of the property is to erect a church. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: B.D. Simpson Mr. Simpson was present to represent the request. Mrs. Sonnenberg was present and advised the board that Planning & Zoning had approved the site plan on 9/17/87. Mr. White moved to approve the 10 ft. front and rear variance. Mr. Schaffer seconded. Motion carried. Address: 2317 Hartwell Avenue Legal Description: Lot 29 Twenty West PB 16 PG 36 Zoning Classification: SR -1, Single- Family Residential Dwelling Setback Requirements: Rear Yard: 4 ft. Side Yard: 4 ft. Variance Needed: Rear Yard: 3 ft. Side Yard: 3 ft. The planned use of the property is to erect a storage shed. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. • Signed: Michael Murphy Mr. & Mrs. Murphy were present to represent the request. They submitted approval from their neighbors. Mr. White moved to approve the 3 ft. rear and side variance. Mr. Blair seconded. Motion carried. Address: 1100 Scott Avenue Legal Description: Lot 24 Mayfair Section, First Addition Zoning Classification: SR -1 AA, Single- Family Residential Dwelling District Setback Requirements: Side Yard: 10 ft. Variance Needed: Side Yard: 14 inches The planned use of the property is addition to existing dwelling. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. • Signed: Rev. Quintin T. Wallace Rev. Wallace was present to represent the request. Variance was so he could stay within the existing house on the side when the second story is added.
