BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

The meeting was called to order at 11:35 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance
in the Zoning Ordinance.
• Address: 120 Meadow Blvd
Legal Description: Lot 98, Mayfair Meadows, PB 29, PG's 31,32,33
Zoning Classification: MR -1L: Multiple - Family Residential Limited Dwelling District
Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25 ft. Rear Yard: 20 ft. Side Yard: 7.5 ft.
Variance Needed: Front Yard: -0- Rear Yard: 7.5 ft. Side Yard: -0-
The planned use of the property is to add a screened porch.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Ms. Myers was present to represent the request. There is an existing slab that they
will be screening in. After discussion, Mr. Blair moved to approve the 7.5 ft. rear
yard variance with the stipulation that if the owner wants to enclose it to make it
a room, they will have to come back for another variance. Mr. Schaffer seconded.
Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
