Philips Joe Schaffer Larry Blair Members Absent: Garnett White Others Present: Gary Winn, Building Official The meeting was called to order at 11:35 A.M. by the Chairman, B.L. Perkins. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance. Address: 418 Springview Drive III Legal Description: Lot 96, Groveview Village Zoning Classification: SR -1, Single - Family Residential Dwelling District Setback Requirements for Shed: Rear: 4 ft. Side: 4 ft. Variance Needed: Rear: -0- Side: 1.6 ft. & Permission to put on easement The planned use of the property is to erect a utility building. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Uy Quoc Pho Mrs. Pho was present for the request. Mr. Winn stated that the utility building is existing and is located 2.6 ft. on the easement. The board could grant a 1.6 ft. variance along with permission to utilize the easement. There is a 6 ft. wooden fence along the property line. Mr. Winn said they are aware that if a utility company needs to do work in the easement, they are required to remove the shed. Mr. Philips moved to grant the 1.6 ft. variance with the stipulation that the shed will be removed if the utility easement is needed. Mr. Blair seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
