Philips Garnett White Larry Blair Members Absent: Joe Schaffer Others Present: Gary Winn The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B.L. Perkins. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance. Address: SE corner of 25th St. and Bay Avenue. • Legal Description: The W. 100' of Lots 76, 78 and 80, PB 3, PG 86, N.H. Garner's Oak Hill Addition to South Sanford, less roadway. Zoning Classification: RI -1, Restricted Industrial District Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25 ft. Rear Yard: 20 ft. Side Yard: 15 ft. Variance Needed: Front Yard: -0- Rear Yard: -0- Side Yard: 10 ft. The planned use of the property is to erect a car wash facility. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Jerry Fowler Mr. Bob Seigler was present to represent the request. The car wash will be located west of the existing Lil' Champ Food Store. East of the property is a retention area. The alley is abandoned. Mr. White moved to approve the 10 ft. side yard variance. Mr. Philips seconded. Motion carried unanimously. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned. . L.
