There is a concrete wall at the rear property line which separates the county from the city. Mr. White was concerned about the water drainage on the neighbor and the access for emergency vehicles on the side yard. Mr. Schaffer said it is not a hardship case that it is self imposed. Mr. Winn said he felt the side yard was too close. The board asked Mr. Carson to make the room 20 ft. wide instead of 24 ft. Mr. Carson said that would be okay. The board said he could extend the building from 25 ft. to 30 ft. and all he would need then was an 8 ft. rear yard variance. Mr. Carson said that would be fine with him.
