BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
January 30, 1987

The meeting was called to order at 11:35 A.M. by Gary Winn, in the absence of the Chairman.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance
in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: NE corner of Mellonville and 46

Legal Description: Lot 167, Seminole Park, PB 5, PG 62
Zoning Classification: MR -1, Multiple - Family Residential Dwelling District
Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25 ft. Rear Yard: 20 ft. Side Yard: 71 & 15 ft.
Variance Needed: Front Yard: -0- Rear Yard: 8 ft. Side Yard: -0-
The planned use of the property is to erect a single family residence.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Kutz was present to represent the request. He will be building a small rental
house with a minimum of 900 sq. ft. living area. Due to the lot being small, he is
requesting an 8 ft. rear yard variance. Mr. White moved to approve the 8 ft. rear
yard variance request. Mr. Schaffer seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
