BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
January 9, 1987

The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance
in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 1110 Pine Avenue
III Legal Description: Lots 2, 3 and 4, Blk 13, Tr B, E.R. Trafford's Map of Sanford
Zoning Classification: MR -1, Multiple - Family Residential Dwelling District
Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 30 ft. Rear Yard: 20 ft. Side Yard: 20 ft.
Variance Needed: Front Yard: 16 ft. Rear Yard: -0- Side Yard: -0-
The planned use of the property is to erect an addition to a funeral home.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

The existing building is located 14 feet from the front property line. They want to
extend the addition even with the existing building. The addition has been approved by
the Planning and Zoning Board. They are needing a front yard variance of 16 feet.
Mr. White moved to approve the variance for the 16 ft. front yard variance. Mr. Philips
seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
