Philips Larry Blair Members Absent: Garnett White Joe Schaffer Others Present: Bettie Sonnenberg, Zoning & Arbor Inspector The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance. • Address: 1120 Locust Avenue Legal Description: Lots 17 & 16, Holden Real Estate Co. Addition Zoning Classification: MR -1, Multiple - Family Residential Dwelling District Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25' Rear Yard: 20' Side Yard: 71' Variance Needed: Front Yard: 17' Rear Yard: -0- Side Yard: -0- The planned use of the property is to erect a carport addition. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Laura Frazier A permit has been pulled for the carport. When an inspection was called in, it was noted there was no permit. To be legal, she had to get a variance. The carport addition is the same distance from the property line as the existing house. Mr. Philips moved to approve the 17 ft. front yard variance.
