BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
November 14, 1986

The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance
in the Zoning Ordinance.
• Address:1202 W. 7th Street
Legal Description: Lot 11, less N. 18 ft. for RY, Blk 8, Tr 15, Seminole Park
Zoning Classification: MR -1, Multiple - Family Residential Dwelling District
Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25 ft. Rear Yard: 20 ft. Side Yard: 71 ft.
Variance Needed: Front Yard: 1 ft. Rear Yard: -0- Side Yard: -0-
The planned use of the property is to erect a room addition.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Bookman was present to represent the request. The addition will be added onto the
front of the house. Mr. White moved to approve the 1 ft. front yard variance. Mr.
Schaffer seconded. Motion carried.
