Philips Larry Blair Others Present: Bettie Sonnenberg, Zoning & Arbor Inspector The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance. • Address:1202 W. 7th Street Legal Description: Lot 11, less N. 18 ft. for RY, Blk 8, Tr 15, Seminole Park Zoning Classification: MR -1, Multiple - Family Residential Dwelling District Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25 ft. Rear Yard: 20 ft. Side Yard: 71 ft. Variance Needed: Front Yard: 1 ft. Rear Yard: -0- Side Yard: -0- The planned use of the property is to erect a room addition. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Cab C. Bookman Mr. Bookman was present to represent the request. The addition will be added onto the front of the house. Mr. White moved to approve the 1 ft. front yard variance. Mr. Schaffer seconded. Motion carried.
