BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
September 26, 1986

The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance
in the Zoning Ordinance.
• Address: 1201 Washington Drive
Legal Description: Lot 44 (less E. 1 ft.) Grove Manors, PB 10, PG 31 & 32
Zoning Classification: SR -1AA: Single- Family Residential Dwelling District
Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25 ft. Side Yard: 10 ft. Rear Yard: 20 ft.
Variance Needed: Front Yard: -0- Side Yard: -0- Rear Yard: 8 ft.
The planned use of the property is to erect a screen enclosure
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Conklin was present to represent his request. He submitted a letter from his
neighbor stating they did not object the screen enclosure. Mr. Schaffer moved to
approve the 8 ft. rear yard variance. Mr. Philips seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
