Philips Joe Schaffer Larry Blair Members Absent: Garnett White Others Present: Gary Winn The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins, at 11:30 A.M. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance. • Address: 1504 Williams Avenue Legal Description: Lot 47, A. D. Chappell's Subd. PB 1, PG 71 Zoning Classification: SR -1, Single- Family Residential Dwelling District Minimum required living area: 900 sq. ft. Variance Requested: 132 sq. ft. living area The planned use of this property is to erect a single - family residence. Signed: Sweetie Williams Mrs. Williams was present to represent the request. There is a house existing on the lot now that will be moved. The house she plans to build on the lot will be larger than the one being moved. The houses in the area are small houses. The house will be built by Maxim Building Corporation. Mr. Philips moved to approve the 132 sq. ft. living area variance. Mr. Schaffer seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
