BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
July 11, 1986

The meeting was called to order by W. M. Philips at 11:30 A.M.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance
in the Zoning Ordinance.
• Address: 113 Donna Circle & 124 Donna Circle
Legal Description: Lots 49 & 47, Hazel Glen Subd. PB 33, PG 63
Zoning Classification: SR -1A: Single - Family Residential Dwelling District
Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25 ft Side Yard: 10 ft. Rear Yard: 20 ft.
Variance Needed: Front Yard: -0- Side Yard: -0- Rear Yard: 3 ft.
The planned use of the property is to erect a screened porch onto rear of house.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mrs. Sonnenberg stated that it would be built integraly with the home. It would tie in
with cedar and shingles. Mr. Garnett moved to approve the 3 ft. rear yard variance on
both lots. Mr. Schaffer seconded. Motion carried unanimously.
