Perkins, Chairman Larry Blair Others Present: Gary Winn, BUilding Official Bettie Sonnenberg, Zoning Inspector The meeting was called to order by W. M. Philips at 11:30 A.M. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting a variance in the Zoning Ordinance. • Address: 113 Donna Circle & 124 Donna Circle Legal Description: Lots 49 & 47, Hazel Glen Subd. PB 33, PG 63 Zoning Classification: SR -1A: Single - Family Residential Dwelling District Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25 ft Side Yard: 10 ft. Rear Yard: 20 ft. Variance Needed: Front Yard: -0- Side Yard: -0- Rear Yard: 3 ft. The planned use of the property is to erect a screened porch onto rear of house. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Suda Inc. Mrs. Sonnenberg stated that it would be built integraly with the home. It would tie in with cedar and shingles.
