Philips Others Present: Bettie B. Sonnenberg, ZOning & Arbor Inspector The meeting was called to order at 11:35 P.M. by the Chapriman, B. L. Perkins. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your considereation in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance. • Address: 100 Commerce Way Legal Description: Lot 2, Sanford Commerce Park ZOning Classification: RI -1, Restricted Industrial District Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25 ft. Rear Yard: 20 ft. Side Yard: 15 ft. Variance Requested: Front Yard: -0- Rear Yard: 5'6" Side Yard: 6 ft. The planned use of the property is to erect an industrial building. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Sid Nabavi Mr. Nabavi was present to represent the request. He wants to have an area for portioned meats and rent out the other 5 units. One day within 11 years possibly, he would be utilizing the whole building. After discussion regarding if it is a self imposed hard- ship, Mr. White moved to approve the rear and side yard variance if the Building Official recommends approval. Mr. Schaffer seconded. Motion carried. When checking with the Building Official, he stated he would recommend the approval of the request. Mr. Nabavi was told that the variance request was passed. titi .r.tiv! B. L.
