Philips Others Present: Gary Winn, Building Official The meeting was called to order at 11:35 A.M. by Gary Winn in the absence of the Chairman. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance 41) in the Zoning Ordinance. Address: 1600 Bell Avenue Legal Description: Lot 12, Golden Gates Zoning Classification: MR -1, Multiple - Family Residential Dwelling District Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25 ft. Rear Yard: 20 ft. Side Yard: 7.5 ft. Variance Requested: Front Yard: 13 ft. Rear Yard: -0- Side Yard: -0- The planned use of the property is to erect an addition onto the kitchen. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Ezekial Wissart Mr. Wissart was present to represent the request. The addition will not extend any further than the existing house. After discussion, Mr. Schaffer moved to approve the 13 ft. front yard variance. Mr. Blair seconded. Motion carried. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned. ,A 1J B. L.
