Philips Others Present: Gary Winn, Building Official The meeting was called to order at 11:35 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance. • Address: 2908 Magnolia Avenue Legal Description: Lot 5, Blk 6, Rosalind Heights Zoning Classificaiton: SR -1, SIngle- family residential dwelling district Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25 ft. Rear Yard: 20 ft. Side Yard: 7.5 ft. Variance Requested: Front Yard: -0- Rear Yard: -0- Side Yard: 5.5 ft. The planned use of the property is to erect a carport. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: James W. Sechrest, Jr. Mr. Sechrest was present to represent the request. He submitted a letter from the next door neighbor stating they did not object to him placing the carport that close to the side property. After discussion, Mr. White moved to approve the 5.5 ft. side yard variance. Mr. Schaffer seconded. Motion carried. Rear Yard: 20 ft. Side Yard: 15 ft. • Variance Requested: Front Yard: 10 ft. Rear Yard: -0- Side Yard: -0- The planned use of the property is to erect a canopy over gasoline island. After discussion, Mr. White moved to approve the 10 ft. front yard variance. Mr. Philips seconded. Motion carried. Vegetable Tract, according to the plat thereof as recorded in PB 7, PG 14, Public Records of Seminole County, FL, thence run S. 47 °46' W., 585.72 ft. to the POB. Being all of Blk C, said A.F.G.
