Philips The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance. Address: NE corner of North Street and Mellonville Avenue • Legal Description: A parcel of Grantor's vacated 50 ft. wide ROW located at Sanford, Seminole County, FL, more particularly described as follows: begin at the SE corner of Lot 10, Blk G, Map of Buena Vista Estates according to the plat thereof as recorded in PB 3, Pgs 1 & 2, running thence southwardly along a prolongation of the E. line of said lot 10, 50 ft. to the S. line of said ROW; thence westwardly along said ROW 240.33 ft., more or less, to the E. line of Mellonville St.; thence NWly along said street line 50 ft., more or less, to the SW corner of said Lot 10, thence eastwardly along the S. line of said lot 10 (N. ROW line) 236.58 ft., more or less, to the POB. Zoning Classification: SR -1, Single Family Residential Dwelling District Setback Requirements: Lot A: Lot Width: 60 ft. After discussion, Mr. White moved to approve the 10 ft. lot width on lot A and the 10 ft. variance on the rear and front yard for lot B. Mr. Schaffer seconded. Motion carried. Address: 200 Margaret Road Legal Description: Lots 7, 8 and 13, less that part of Lots 7 & 13, W. of a line beginning at a point 25 ft. E. of the NW corner of Lot 7, and run S. 09 ° 06' W. to the S. line of Lot 13, Blk 4, Highland Park, PB 4, PG 28 Zoning Classification: SR -1A, SIngle Family Residential Dwelling District Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25 ft. Rear Yard: 20 ft. Side Yard: 15 ft. Variance Requested: Front Yard: -0- Rear Yard: 5 ft. Side Yard: -0- The planned use of the property is to erect a single - family residence. Signed: Madge Kinlaw Mrs. Kinlaw, Danny Lee and James Lee were present to represent the request. A letter was submitted from a neighbor stating they did not object the variance. After discussion, Mr. Schaffer moved to approve the 5 ft. rear yard variance. Mr. White seconded. Motion carried. Rear Yard: 20 ft. Side Yard: 71 ft. Variance Requested: Front Yard: -0- Rear Yard: 8 ft. Signed: Kevin & Martha Crosier Mr. & Mrs. Crosier were present to represent the request. They stated they had 21 acres of land. They live on 1 acre, are going to sell 1 acre and would like to sell the 1 acre and get a variance for the 1 acre so a house could be built there.
