Philips Others Present: Gary Winn, Building Official The meeting was called to order at 11:35 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance. Address: 1315 - 1319 Roosevelt Avenue • Legal Description: W. 105 ft. of Lot 16, less N. 256.0 ft. thereof, SEC 25, TWP 19S, RGE 30E, PB 1, PG 92. Zoning Classification: MR -1, Multiple - Family Residential Dwelling District. Setback Requirements: Lot Width: 75' Lot Square Footage: 7,500 sq. ft. Variance Requested: Lot Width: 3.66' Lot Square Footage: 10.35 sq. ft. The planned use of the property is to erect three duplexes Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Wilbur L. Hooks Mr. Hooks was present tor epresent the request. After discussion, Mr. Blair moved to approve the 3.66' lot width and 10.35 sq. ft. lot size. Mr. Schaffer seconded.
