BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
December 27, 1985

The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance
in the Zoning Ordinance.
• Address: 127 Garrison Drive
Legal Description: Lot 2, Blk E, Country Club Manor, Unit 2, Seminole County, Florida
Zoning Classification: SR -1, Single- Family Residential Dwelling District
Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25 ft. Rear Yard: 20 ft. Side Yard: 71/2 ft.
Variance Requested: Front Yard: -0- Rear Yard: 9 ft. Side Yard: -0-
The planned use of the property is to erect a acreen enclosure
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mrs. Corso was present tor epresent the request. She furnished the board with letters
from the City, Southern Bell and Florida Power & Light stating they had no objection
to her building onto the easement. After discussion, Mr. Blair moved to approve the
9 ft. rear yard variance request. Mr. Schaffer seconded. Motion carried.

The planned use of the property is to erect an above ground swimmin g pool.

This request was tabled from the last meeting due to a neighbor being in opposition
and having concern about the children's safety. Mr. & Mrs. Harvey presented letters
stating that the children do not jump from the fence into pool. Mr. Drucker was present
to speak in opposition of the request. He also brought a letter from his neighbor, Mr.
Boyles, stating he objected the request. After discussion, Mr. Schaffer moved to approve
the 3'3" rear and side yard variance with the stipulation that the Harvey's place a 6 ft.
stockade fence around both sides of the pool. Mr. Blair seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
