BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address:1807 Mellonville Avenue
III Legal Description: Lot 4, Block 3, Bel Air Subdivision
Zoning Classification: SR -1, Single - Family Residential Dwelling District
Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25 ft. Rear Yard: 20 ft. Side Yard: 71/2 ft.
Variance Requested: Front Yard: -0- Rear Yard: -0- Side Yard: 52 ft.
The planned use of the property is to erect a carport.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Winn represented the request due to the absence of Mr. Ogden. After discussion,
Mr. Philips moved to approve the 51/2 ft. side yard variance. Mr. Schaffer seconded.
Motion carried.

Mrs. Bellamy was present to represent the request. After discussion, Mr. Philips
moved to approve the 14 ft. front yard and the 7 ft. rear yard variance. Mr.
Schaffer seconded. Motion carried.
