Philips Garnett White Joe Schaffer Members Absent: Larry Blair Others Present: Gary Winn, Building Official The meeting was called to order at 11:33 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance. • Address: 200 Margaret Road Legal Description: Lots 7, 8 and 13, less that part of lots 7 and 13, W. of a line beginning at a point 25 ft. E. of the NW corner of Lot 7, and run S. 09 °06' W. to the S. line of Lot 13, Blk 4, Highland Park, PB 4, PG 28 Zoning Classification: SR -1A, Single - Family Dwelling District Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25 ft. Rear Yard: 20 ft. Side Yard: 10 ft. and 15 ft. on corner Variance Requested: Front Yard: -0- Rear Yard: -0- Side Yard: s ft. and 3 ft. The planned use of the property is for a single - family residence. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Mr. Philips seconded. Motion carried.
