BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance
• in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: NW corner of 9th Street and Avocado Avenue
Legal Description: E. 50 ft. of S. 110 ft. Blk 10, Tr 15, Town of Sanford, PB 1, PG 112.
Zoning Classification: MR -1, Multiple- Family Residential Dwelling District
Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25 ft. Rear Yard: 20 ft. Side Yard: 71 ft.
Variance Requested: Front Yard: -0- Rear Yard: -0- Side Yard: 6 inches
The planned use of the property is for a single - family residence.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Winn represented the request for Mrs. Brown. The lot is on a corner and short 6
inches on one side. After discussion, Mr. White moved to approve the 6 inch side
yard variance. Mr. Schaffer seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
