Philips Larry Blair Members Absent: Garnett White Others Present: Bettie Sonnenberg, Zoning Inspector The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance. Address: 818 W. 13th Street • Legal Description: The E. 50 ft. of the W. 250 ft. of the N. 140 ft. of the NE ; of the NW 4. SEC 36, TWP 195, RGE 30E Zoning Classification: GC -2, General Commercial District Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25 ft. Rear Yard: 20 ft. Side Yard: 10 ft. Variance Requested: Front Yard: -0- Rear Yard: -0- Side Yard: 8 ft. The planned use of the property is for an addition to a single - family residence. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Leroy Lockett Mr. Locakett was present to represent the request. After discussion, Mr. Schaffer moved to approve the 8 ft. side yard variance. Mr. Philips seconded. Motion carried. Signed: Elizabeth Paulucci Mr. John LeRoy was present to represent the request for the owner. Mr. LeRoy stated that the exising curbcut and driveway off of Summerlin Ave would be removed and replaced with grass and a sidewalk. Mr. LeRoy said that the new curbcut and driveway would be off of 4th Street. After discussion, Mr. Philips moved to approve the 7 ft. side yard variance. Mr. Blair seconded. Motion Carried.
