Philips Others Present: Gary Winn, Building Official The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the ZOning Ordinance. Address: 2510 Princeton Avenue • Legal Description: Lot 20, Blk 5, Palm Terrace, PB 4, PG 82 Zoning Classification: RC -1, Restricted Commercial District Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 20 ft. Rear Yard: 20 ft. Side Yard: 15 ft. Variance Requested: Front Yard: -0- Rear Yard: -0- Side Yard: 7 ft. The planned use of the property is for single - family residence. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: David A. Stump Mr. Stump was present to represent the request. After discussion, Mr. Schaffer moved to approve the 7 ft. side yard variance. Mr. Blair seconded. Motion carried. She brought letters from her neighbors stating they were not objected to the carport addition. After discussion, Mr. White moved to approve the 10 ft. rear yard variance. Mr. Blair seconded.
