Perkins, Chairman Larry Blair Others Present: Bettie Sonnenberg, Zoning Inpsector The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by W. M. Philips in the absence of the chairman. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance. Address: 911 W. 3rd Street • Legal Description: All (less W. 80 ft. of N. 133.3 ft. and less the W. 80 ft. of the S. 133.3 ft. and railroad ROW) Blk 5, Tr 12, E.R. Traffords Map of the Town of Sanford. Zoning Classification: RI -1, Restricted Industrial District Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25 ft. Rear Yard: 20 ft. Side Yard: 15 ft. Variance Requested: Front Yard: 20 ft. Rear Yard: -0- Side Yard: 13 ft. The planned use of the property is for warehouse. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Donald C. After discussion, Mr. White moved to approve the 20 ft. front yard and 13 ft. side yard variance along with the stipulation that they install a 4 hour firewall along the west side of the property.
