BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
June 28, 1985

The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance
in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 150 French Avenue
Legal Description: Lots 6 & 7, Blk 3, Tr 9, Trafford's Map of the Town of Sanford.
III Zoning Classification: GC -2, General Commercial District
Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25 ft. Rear Yard: 15 ft. Side Yard: 15 ft.
Variance Requested: Front Yard: 211 ft. Rear Yard: 10 ft. Side Yard: 101 ft.
The planned use of the property is to erect a church worship center.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. McDaniel was present to represent the request. After discussion, Mr. White moved to
approve the 211 ft. front yard, 10 ft. rear yard, and the 101 ft. side yard variances.
Mr. Schaffer seconded. Motion carried.

the request for a 50 ft. lot width variance. Mr. Schaffer seconded. Motion carried.
