BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

The meeting was called to order at 11:45 A.M. by W. M. Phillips in the absence of the
Chairman.
The follwoing letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance
in the Zoning Ordinance.
• Address: 300 Upsala Road
Legal Description: Lot 1, Uppland Park, PB 20, PG 5, Seminole County, FL
Zoning Classification: RC -1, Restricted Commercial District
Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 20' Rear Yard: N/A Side Yard: N/A
Variance Requested: Front Yard: 10' Rear Yard: N/A Side Yard: N/A
The planned use of the property is to erect a canopy over existing gasloine island.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. McLauchlin was present to represent the request. After discussion, Mr. Philiips moved
to approve the 10 ft. front yard variance. Mr. Schaffer seconded. Motion carried over
the dissenting votes of Mr. White and Mr. Blair. Mr. Perkins wrote is a vote for the
variance request.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
