The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance
in the Zoning Ordinance
Address: 1319 Celery Ave.
• Legal Description: Lot 6, Blk A, Buena Vista Estates, PB 3 PGs 1 & 2
Zoning Classification: RC -1, Restricted Commercial District
Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 20 ft. Rear Yard: 10 ft. Side Yard: 25 ft.
Variance Requested: Front Yard: -0- Rear Yard: -0- Side Yard: 22 ft.
The planned use of the property is to erect a carport
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Geiger was present to represent the request. After discussion, Mr. White moved
to approved the 22 ft. side yard variance. Mr. Blair seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
