The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 700 Lake Minnie Drive
411 Legal Description: Portions of Lots 2,4,6,7,8 & 10 & the vacated part of Lake Minnie
Dr., Lake Minnie Estates, Seminole County, FL, according to the plat thereof as recorded
in PB 6, PG 92, Public Records, Seminole County; more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the SW corner of Lot 4, Lake Minnie Estates, thence S. 80 °13'30" E.,
(Bearings based on FL Dept. of Trans. ROW Map for State Rd 15 & 600), along the N. ROW
line of Lake Minnie Dr. for 257.64 ft. to the POB; thence N. 89 °13'30" W. for 723.44 ft;
thence N. 28 °28'46" E. for 856.66 ft. to the N. line of Lot 10; thence S. 73 °52'17" E.
along the N. line of Lot 10 for 88.54 ft. to the NE corner thereof; thence S. 78 °41'53"

Ms. Cunningham was present to represent the request. After discussion, Mr. White
moved to approve a 10 ft. side yard variance instead of the 20 ft. variance request.
Mr. Blair seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
