BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
DECEMBER 28, 1984

The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by Garnett White in the absence of the
Chairman.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 2200 Country Club Road
• Legal Description: From the centerline intersection of the Seaboard Coastline R.R.
Main Line Tract and C.C. Rd., said point being 566.7 ft. E. of the centerline inter-
section of Lake Mary Rd and C.C. Road, in Sec. 35 TWP 19S, RGE 30E, Seminole County,
FL; run E. 235 ft., thence run N. 30 ft. for a POB, thence continue N. 210 ft., thence
run W. 195.90 ft. then run N. 10 °03'28" W., 80.74 ft., thence run N. 380.70 ft. to a
point on a curve concave NEly, having a radius of 481.36 ft. and a tangent bearing of
S. 23 °00'37" E., at said point, thence run SEly, along the arc of said curve, 559.74 ft.
through a central angle of 66 °37'32" to a point on said curve, thence run S. 377.01 ft.
to a point on the N. ROW line of C.C. Road, thence run W. 230 ft. to the POB. Said
parcel contains 3.729 acres, more or less.
Zoning Classification: MI -2, Medium Industrial.

Mr. J. Wendell Agee was present to represent the request. The slab and the framing
is existing from prior contractor who abandoned the job. After discussion, Mr.
Philps moved to approve the 14 ft. side yard variance. Mr. Blair seconded. The
motion was carried.

Variance Requested: Front Yard: 0 Rear Yard: 0 Side Yard: 4'
The planned use of the property is for a multiple - family residential triplex.
