Philips Bob Karns OTHERS PRESENT: Gary Winn, Building Official The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlement: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance. Address: 1104 E. 10th Street • Legal Description: The S 1 of Lot 4, Blk 11, Tr H, Town of Sanford and beginning 117 ft. E and 50 ft. N of SW corner of Lot 4, Blk 11, Tr H, Town of Sanford, run S 50 ft. W to SE corner of Lot 4, N 25° E along grant line to point W of Beg., E to Beg. in Sec 30, TWP 19S, RGE 31E. Zoning Classification: SR -1, Single - Family Dwelling District. Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25' Rear Yard: 20' Side Yard: 7.5' Variance Requested: Front Yard: 15' Rear Yard: 10' Side Yard: 0 The planned use of the property is a S/F Residence Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.
