The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the follwoing information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 2706 Orlando Drive
• Legal Description: Sly 85 ft. of Ely 170 ft. of Lot 43 and all of Lot 44, amended
plat Druid Park, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in PB 7, PG 5 & 6 of
Public Record of Seminole County.
Zoning Classification: GC -2
Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25' Rear Yard: 15' Side Yard: 10'
Variance Request: Front Yard: 0 Rear Yard: 0 Side Yard: 7'
The planned use of the property is an addition of 2 motel rooms.

After discussion, Mr. White moved to approve the variance for 7' on the side
yard setback. Mr. Blair seconded. Motion carried.
