The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 1320 Olive Avenue
• Legal Description: Lots 49 & 50, Blk D, Subdivision of S. Sanford.
Zoning Classification: MR -1
Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25' Rear Yard: 20' Side Yard: 7.5'
Variance Requested: Font Yard: 19' Rear Yard: 0 Side Yard: 0
The planned use of the property is an addition to a S/F residence.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

After discussion, Mr. White moved to approve the variance of 19' in the front
yard since it is an existing structure. Mr. Blair seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
