Philips Bob Karns Others Present: Gary Winn, Building Official The meeting was called to order at 11 :30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32772 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance. Address: W. of 17 -92 and S. of Lake Minnie. • Legal Description: The portions of lots 2, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 10 and the vacated part of Lake Minnie Dr., Lake Minnie Estates, Seminole Co., FL, according to the plat thereof as recorded in PB 6, PG 92, public records, Seminole County: more particularly described as follows: commence at the SW corner of Lot 4, Lake Minnie Estates, thence S. 89 ° 13' 30" E., (Bearing based on FL Dept. of Transportation ROW map for State Road 15 and 600), along the N. PAGE 2 • The planned use of the property is a multiple - family residential - Condominiums. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Jonathan Sundheim Mr. John Holloway and Mr. Steve Fahs were present to represent the request. After discussion, Mr. White moved to deny the variance of the smaller 1 bedroom living requirements. He feels there are too many units to okay the variance. The Planning and Zoning Commission should adopt changed to the zoning ordinance so these kind of cases won't have to go to the Board of Adjustment. Mr. Blair seconded. Motion carried.
