The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
• Address: 333 N. Mangoustine Avenue
Legal Description:
Evergreen to Everglades: Lot 7, less a strip of land 90 ft. in width having as
its N. boundary the N. line of the concrete retaining wall along the S. shore of
Lake Monroe, and also LESS: Beginning at a point where the Sly ROW line of Seminole
Blvd. (US 17/92) intersects the E. line of Lot 7, thence run S. 350 ft. on said lot
line, thence run W. 260 ft., thence run N. 175 ft. thence run W. 400 ft. to the W.
of said Lot 7, thence run N. on said lot line the Sly ROW line of said Seminole
Blvd, thence run Ely along the S. line of said Seminole Blvd ROW to the point of
beginning; Lot 6, less the S. 62 ft. and less the W. 165 ft. of the N. 150 ft. of
the S. 212 ft. thereof, and also less the W. 135 ft. of the N. 75 ft. of the S.
287 ft. thereof: and Lot 5, all being in Blk X of Florida Land & Colonization
Company's Ltd. Map of St. Gertrude Addition to the Town of Sanford, according to
the plat thereof recorded in PB 1, PG 113, Public Records of Seminole County, FL;
all less the Ely 260 ft. thereof containing 5.2182 acres therein. Also:
Beginning at a point on the E. line of Lot 7, Blk X, of St. Gertrude's Addition
to Sanford, FL according to Plat thereof recorded in PB 1, PG 113, Public Records
of Seminole County, FL where said lot line intersects the S. line of the ROW for
US 17/92 (known as Seminole Blvd and described in a deed from the City of Sanford,
FL, to the State Road Department of FL dated March 15, 1932 and of record in Deed
Book 77, PG 325, Public Records of Seminole County, FL) then, run S. 350 ft. thence
run W. 260 ft. thence run N. 175 ft. thence run W. 400 ft. to the W. line of Lot 7,
thence run N. to the S. line of the ROW for the said U.S. Highway #17, thence run
Ely along the S. line of said right of way for U.S. Highway #17, to the POB.

Begin at an intersection with the Sly ROW line of U.S. Highway 17/92 and the Ely
line of Lot 7, Blk X, St. Gertrude's Addition to Sanford, FL, according to the plat
thereof as recorded in PB 1, PG 113, as recorded in the Public Records of Seminole
County, FL: thence run Sly along said Ely line 350 ft; thence run Wly 260 ft; thence
run Nly to the said Sly ROW of U.S. Highway 17/92; thence run Ely along said ROW to
the POB.

The planned use of the property is a life care center for the elderly.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

After discussion, Mr. White moved to approve the 45' side yard setback and also
the 60' height restrictions. Mr. Blair seconded. Motion carried.
