Philips Others Present: Gary Winn, Building Official The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance. Address: Albright Rd & Airport Blvd • Legal Description: Blk A, A,F,G Vegetable Tract according to the plat thereof as recorded in PB 7, PG 14. Zoning Classification: MI -2, Medium Industrial District. Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25' Rear Yard: 20' Side Yard: 15' Variance Requested: Side Yard: 25' The planned use of the property is an auto parts and salvage yard. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: David Redwine Mr. Redwine was present to represent the request. After discussion, Mr. White moved to approve the 25' vxr•iance for the fence. Mr. Blair seconded. Motion carried.
