BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: Albright Rd & Airport Blvd
• Legal Description: Blk A, A,F,G Vegetable Tract according to the plat thereof as
recorded in PB 7, PG 14.
Zoning Classification: MI -2, Medium Industrial District.
Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25' Rear Yard: 20' Side Yard: 15'
Variance Requested: Side Yard: 25'
The planned use of the property is an auto parts and salvage yard.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

After discussion, Mr. White moved to approve the 25' vxr•iance for the fence.
Mr. Blair seconded. Motion carried.
