The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 102 Ramblewood Drive
• Legal Description: Lot 54, Ramblewood.
Zoning Classification: SR -1, Single- Family Residence.
Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25' Rear Yard: 20' Side Yard: 7
Variance Requested: Rear Yard: 10'.
The planned use of the property is an addition to a Single - Family Residence.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

After discussion, Mr. Blair moved to approve the 10' rear yard variance. Mr.
White seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
