Philips Bob Karns Others Present: Gary Winn The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance. Address: 102 Ramblewood Drive • Legal Description: Lot 54, Ramblewood. Zoning Classification: SR -1, Single- Family Residence. Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25' Rear Yard: 20' Side Yard: 7 Variance Requested: Rear Yard: 10'. The planned use of the property is an addition to a Single - Family Residence. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Roger M. Paul Mr. Paul was present to represent the request. After discussion, Mr. Blair moved to approve the 10' rear yard variance.
