The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by W. M. Philips, in the absence
of the Chairman, B. L. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 106 N. Virginia Avenue.
III Legal Description: The S 34' of Lot 35 and all of Lot 36, Blk 3, 1st Sec.
Maryania, PB 4, PG 100.
Zoning Classification: SR -1AA, Single- Family Residential District.
Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 25' Rear Yard: 20' Side Yard: 10'
Variance Requested: Side Yard: 1'3 ".
The planned use of the property is an addition to a Single - Family Residence.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated

After discussion, Mr. White moved to approve the 1'3" side yard variance. Mr.
Karns seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
