The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins.

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
• Address: 1315 Summerlin Avenue
Legal Description:Lots 2, 3, 4, & 5, Blk D, Buena Vista Estates
Zoning Classification: RC -1, Restricted Commercial
Setback Requirements: Front Yard: 20' Rear Yard: 15' Side Yard: 15'
Variance Requested: Front Yard: 15' Side Yard: 9'
The planned use of the property is addition & canopy to Day Care Center.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Gramlin was present to represent the request, He brought a letter from
the property owner on south stating no objection to the addition. Mr. White
moved to approve the 15' variance on the front and the canopy. Mr. Blair
seconded. Motion carried.
