Board of Adjustment

The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B.L. Perkins.
The first letter submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
• Address: 1700 S. Sanford Avenue
Legal description: Attached
Zoning Classification: MR -1, Multiple- Family Residential District.
Setback requirements: Front Yard: 30' Rear Yard: 20' Side Yard: 20'
Variance requested: Change in density to 25.32 units per acre.
The planned use of the property is: Two, 2 story garden type apartments -
48 units total. These apartments to be on the same design as Town'n Lake
Apartments at 711 E. First Street, Sanford, Florida.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Shoemaker was present to represent the request.
After discussion, Mr. White moved to approve the change in density to
25.75 units per acre. Mr. Blair seconded. Motion carried.

seconded. Motion carried.
