The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance. Address: 2417 Key Avenue • Legal description: S. 21' of Lot 9 and all Lot 10, Blk 10, Wynnewood Sec. Zoning Classification: SR -1A, Single- Family Residential Dwelling District. Setback requirements: Front Yard: 25' Rear Yard: 20' Side Yard: 10' Variance requested: Front Yard: 8' The planned use of the property is: Open Carport.
