The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B.L. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 2417 Key Avenue
• Legal description: S. 21' of Lot 9 and all Lot 10, Blk 10, Wynnewood Sec.
Zoning Classification: SR -1A, Single- Family Residential Dwelling District.
Setback requirements: Front Yard: 25' Rear Yard: 20' Side Yard: 10'
Variance requested: Front Yard: 8'
The planned use of the property is: Open Carport.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

After discussion, Mr. White moved to approve. Mr. Philips seconded. Motion
carried.
