Philips Others Present: Gary Winn, Building Official The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins. The first letter submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance. Address: 408 Palmetto Ave. • Legal description : S. 7 ft of Lot 3 and N. 29.5 ft. of Lot 4, Blk 6, Tr 2, E. R. Traffords Map, PB 1, PP 56 -64 Zoning Classification: RMOI, Multiple Family Residential, Office & Institutional. Variance requested: Square footage requirements in RMOI zone from 600 sq. ft. to 556 sq. ft. The planned use of the property is :Two - Family Residence Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Charles M. Cameron, Owner Mr. Winn was present and pointed out that Mr. Cameron could utilize the property for a triplex with lesser sq. footage requirements, but preferred to make it a two- family with larger living area, but the requirement for duplex makes it nec- essary for a variance. After discussion, Mr. White moved to approve. Mr. Perkins seconded. Motion carried. Rear Yard: 20 ft. Side Yard: 71 ft. Variance requested: Side Yard: 2 ft.- each side. The planned use of the property is : Single - Family residence.
