Perkins Others Present: Gary Winn, Building Official The meeting was called to order by Mr. Philips, in the absence of the Chairman, B. L. Perkins. The following letter was submitted for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance. 1111 Address: 300 Holly Ave. Legal description: Lot 1 & N. loft. of Lot 2, Blk 5, Tr 11, E.R. Trafford's. Zoning Classification: RI -1 Setback requirements: Rear yard: 20 ft. Side yard: 15 ft. Variance requested: Rear yard: 11 ft. Side yard: 14 ft. The planned use of the property is convenience store. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Lamar Downer, Owner Mr. Downer was present with a proposed site plan showing the location of the planned store. The adjacent property is owned by Mr. Downer's mother and she has no objection. After discussion, Mr. White moved to approve the variance requested. Mr. Philips seconded. Motion carried. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned. 7 • r B. L.
