The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. to consider the following
request:
Board of Adjustment
City Hall
Sanford, FL 32771
Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
• Address: 1809 W. 15th St.
Legal description: The E. 19 ft. of the N1/2 of Lot 48, Blk A, M.M. Smith's
second Subdivision, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
1, Page 101 of the public records of Seminole County, Florida and also begin
at the Southeast corner of the North 1 1 of said Lot 48, Block A and run east
10 ft. thence run North to a point 10 ft. East of the Northeast corner of
said Lot 48, Block A, thence run West 10 ft. thence run S. to the point of
beginning.
Zoning Classification: MR -1
Setback Requirements: Front yard: 25 ft. Side Yard: 71 ft.
Variance Requested: Front - 9' 7" Side: 7'
The planned use of the property is: Single - family residence to replace burned
dwelling.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Winn represented the proponent and explained that he did not want to add
to the site but wanted to rebuild the same area residence that burned.
