Philips Members Absent: Bob Karns Larry Blair Others Present: Gary Winn The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins. The following letter was submitted: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance. • Address: 1718 S. Magnolia Ave. Legal Description: Lots 7 & 8, Blk D, Markham Park Heights, PB 1, Pg 78 Zoning Classification: SR -1A Setback requirements -Side Yard: 15' Variance requested: - Side Yard: 8' The planned use of the proeprty is Parking slab and future use for a garage. Reason: to keep buildings in line with existing structures on the block. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Harold M. Christensen -Owner Mr. Christensen was present to represent the request. After discussion of the request and the surrounding property, Mr. White moved to grant the variance. Mr. Philips seconded.
