The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
• Address: 1718 S. Magnolia Ave.
Legal Description: Lots 7 & 8, Blk D, Markham Park Heights, PB 1, Pg 78
Zoning Classification: SR -1A
Setback requirements -Side Yard: 15'
Variance requested: - Side Yard: 8'
The planned use of the proeprty is Parking slab and future use for a garage.
Reason: to keep buildings in line with existing structures on the block.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Christensen was present to represent the request. After discussion of the
request and the surrounding property, Mr. White moved to grant the variance.
Mr. Philips seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
