The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. to consider the following
request:
Board of Adjustment
City Hall
Sanford, FL
Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
• Address: 2836 Gale Place
Legal Description: Lot 20, Blk E, Woodmere Park, 2nd Replat, PB 13, Pg 73
Zoning Classification: SR -1, Single - Family Residential Dwelling District
Setback Requirements: Front Yard - 25 ft.
Variance requested - Front Yard - 15 ft.
The planned use of the property is for a carport and enclosed porch.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mrs. Powell was present to represent the request.
After discussion, Mr. White moved to approve the variance with the stipulation
that the open carport never be enclosed, the water retained on the property and
a letter of consent from neighbors be submitted at application for permit.
Mr. Blair seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
