Philips Bob Karns Larry Blair Garnett White Others Present: Gary Winn, Building Official The Board of Adjustment met in the Commission Room at 11:30 A.M. to consider the following: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting an interpretation on the following : Address - 129 Wildwood Drive Legal Description - Lot 15, Ramblewood, Unit I • Zoning Classification -PUD Interpretation of side yard setback requirements in Ramblewood, Unit I. Planned use of the property is Single family residence. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Stanley Meadows, Owner The letter was represented by David and Stanley Meadows. Mr. Winn submitted a plan of the Ramblewood PUD showing the overall plan which stipulated and was approved for 7 ft. from side property line or 20 ft. between houses. The lot in question will place the house a 20 -ft. distance from the next house and over 7' to each property line. After discussion, Mr. White moved that the Board of Adjustment verify that the original use plan designated 7' to a lot line and 20' between buildings. Mr. Karns seconded. Motion carried.
