The Board of Adjustment met in the City Commission Room at 11:30 A.M. to
consider the following request:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 1120 W. First St.
Legal description: All that part of Lot 7, & the W. 70.8 ft. of Lot 9, Bly Y,
• FL Land & Colonization Co. Map of St. Gertrude Addition to the Town of Sanford,
PB 1, Pg 113 of the Public Records of Seminole County, FL, lying S. and E. of the
Branch; Less ROW for State Rd. #46.
Zoning Class: GC -2 Sign Setback Requirements: Front yard -9 ft.
Variance requested sign setback: 5 ft. front yard.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

After discussion Mr. Karns moved to grant the needed variance. Mr. White seconded.

Mr. Elmer Rorrer was present to represent the request. There was no one present
in opposition.
After discussion, Mr. White moved to grant the needed variance. Mr. Karns seconded.
Motion carried.

I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
• Address: 216 Loch Low Drive, Sanford, FL
Legal description: Lot 12, Blk H, Hidden Lake Unit 1
Zoning Classification - PUD (SR -1)
Setback requirements Rear Yard: 20 ft.
Variance Requested : 12 ft. rear yard.
The planned use of the property is Florida room, T.V. room and small den.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Tobyansen was present to represent the request. There was no one present
to speak in opposition.
After discussion, Mr. White moved to grant the variance with the stipulation that
the neighbor at the rear submit a letter of approval before a permit is issued to
add the room. Mr. Philips seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned. /
