The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B.L. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
Address: 1515 W. 5th St.
411 Legal description: N/ of NE1 + w1 of VACD St. on E, Blk 7, Tr 18, Town of
Sanford, PB 1, Pg 112
Zoning Classification: MR -2 Setback requirements for rear yard: 20'
Variance requested: 9' rear yard.
The planned use of the property is: A church, "Freedom Assembly of God"
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Fleming and several members of the congregation were present to represent
the request.
After discussion, Mr. Blair moved to grant the variance. Mr. Philips seconded.
Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
