The Board of Adjustment meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the
Chairman, B. L. Perkins.
The following letter was submitted for consideration:

Gentlemen:
I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting
variance in the Zoning Ordinance.
• Address: 211 Chapman Ave.
Legal description: Lot 4, less E 5' of N. 72' , Blk D of Neave's Addition
to Sanford.
Zoning Classification: RMOI, Multiple- Family Residential, Office & Institutional.
Setback requirements: Front yard: 30 ft.
Variance requested: 10' front yard.
The planned use of the property is two -story addition to S/F res.
Any consideration given this request will be appreciated.

Mr. Baker was present with a plan showing the planned addition. There were
three letters from adjoining property owners, stating they have no objection
to the addition. (Attached)
Mr. White moved to approve the variance. Mr. Karns seconded. Motion carried.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
