Philips Garnett White Robert Karns Members Absent: Larry Blair Others Present: Leah Rogers, Zoning Inspector The meeting was called to order at 11:30 A.M. by the Chairman, B. L. Perkins. The first letter for consideration: Board of Adjustment City Hall Sanford, FL 32771 Gentlemen: I am submitting the following information for your consideration in requesting variance in the Zoning Ordinance as follows: Sideyard setback requirements in SR -1A zoned district. A variance of five (5) III ft. is needed. Legal description: Lot 3, Blk 12, Bel Air Subdivision. Property location: 2205 Bel Air Blvd. The planned use of the property is: Swimming Pool. Any consideration given this request will be appreciated. Signed: Rita R. Atkinson: Owner Mrs. Atkinson was present to represent the request and had a plan of the pool she plans to install.
